Our Policy

SERVICE PARTS

  • General: If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a service part/item(s) you purchased, you have 7 business days to return the product. It must be in the same condition it was when purchased; in its original packaging, unopened and uninstalled with all material supplied with the item. Returns must be preauthorized and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee or $55.00 (whichever is greater) These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect part/item(s), no extra charge will be incurred. We will replace the incorrect part/item(s) and either pay the difference or you will get credited the difference.

  • Warranty Item: Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion and within the warranty period.

**Some merchandise, including open seals/bearings and electrical goods are nonrefundable**

If you cancel your new custom trailer order after 48 hours, your 60% deposit will be non-refundable.
